In March 2011, B&Q launched its first ‘energy-saving centre’ within the Liffey Valley store in Dublin. This is a dedicated centre within the store to help customers save energy in the home and reduce bills. It offers a range of energy-saving products and installation services, including solar thermal water heating, insulation and boiler refits.
Eco Experts also provide a full in-home energy assessment, to help customers identify the most beneficial and cost effective energy-saving measures for their home. The Eco Experts are qualified energy assessors and can provide homeowners with an Energy Performance Certificate.
